Not as big as another hat i got from the same store at the aame size. Sizes dont seem to be universally accurate.
Product is fine customer service is terrible. Im trying to return one hat and i cant find a confirmation email or anything.

Made of medium, lightweight 100% cotton, it has 6-panels, along with six eyelets for ventilation. An adjustable Velcro strap at the back allows for a custom fit. Visor is slightly larger than our standard visor (measuring 3 inches long).
