Returns
We work to keep our return process simple and hassle free.
- You may return a hat for any reason up to 60 days after purchasing the hat.
- All hats must be in original condition.
As long as 1 and 2 are true, you do not need pre-approval to return your purchase for a refund.
Please include a brief note with your name and contact info so we can identify your order. Generally we do not provide a return shipping label unless the fault is ours.

Hat refunds will be issued within 21 days we receive the return.
Swaps
For your convenience, we offer the added option of swapping a hat for another hat within 60 days of purchase. All hats must be in original condition.
For swaps please return the hat with a brief note describing the replacement hat you'd like. We will ship the requested hat back to you only charging you for the added price, if any, of the new hat.
We do not charge for shipping the replacement hat(s) back to you. As with returns, we do not currently provide shipping labels for hats shipped back to us.
