60 Day Return Policy
We work to keep our return process simple and hassle free. You may return a hat for any reason up to 60 days after purchasing the hat. All hats must be in original condition. With your return, please include a brief note explaining your reason for return and we'll refund the price of the hat. We currently do not provide a return shipping label unless the fault is ours. Hats purchased in November or December may be returned before January 30th of the following year. Hat refunds will be issued within 21 days after receipt of the return.
For your convenience, we offer the added option of swapping a hat for another hat within 60 days of purchase. For swaps, please return the hat with a brief note describing the replacement hat you'd like and we'll ship the requested hat back only charging you for the added price, if any, of the requested hat. We do not charge for shipping the replacement hat(s) back to you. As with returns, we do not currently provide shipping labels for hats shipped back to us.
