A great looking cap that's perfect for everyday use, our unstructured weathered hats are designed to comfortably fit your head. Made of medium, lightweight 100% cotton, this big hat has 6-panels, along with six eyelets for ventilation. An adjustable Velcro strap at the back allows for a custom fit. These hats for big heads have a visor that is slightly larger than our standard visor (measuring 3 inches long).

I've never had a more comfortable fitting hat I'n my collection. Being a guy with a large head, I have struggled with hats in the past. This one is now at the top of my list. I will be buying more.
This hat fits perfectly, I have a huge head but this hat is able to cover the entirety of my head and also come down to my ears, this is like my 6th purchase from this site! Definitely will be buying more
Best fitting baseball cap I've had in my life!
Like most shopping this site, I have spent a lifetime absolutely squeezing hats onto my head. The few that could be forced into position were often stretched all out of shape and looked ridiculous, and I frequently acquired a headache for my troubles. I've tried a number of "plus size" hats over the years, and while there are some good options out there, none have ever been comfortable and, at the same time, looked like a hat is supposed to look on a head. This hat checks all the boxes. It is comfortable, looks good (in my opinion), and feels to be of really sturdy construction. Good stuff, man. Thank you.
