Often considered to be the "traditional baseball hat", a structured hat (sometimes also called a standard hat) is a 6-panel hat with nylon support material on the inside front of the hat to hold the shape of the hat. If, for example, you place a structured hat on a table, the hat crown will hold its shape as compared with our unstructured hats that will flop down a bit. The structured hat has been around for years. Our structured hat is made of 100% cotton material. It includes a cotton sweatband inside and an adjustment strap in the back to ensure a comfortable fit.
Our Flexfit hats are 6-panel hats that include spandex panels in the back that stretch to comfortably fit your head. Unlike adjustable hats, there is no opening or adjustment strap in the back. As with our other hats, Flexfit hats do have a cotton sweatband on the inside for extra comfort. We currently offer three types of Flexfit hats: 1] Regular Flexfit hats - structured hats, 2] Washed Flexfit hats - casual looking washed fabric hats, and 3] Wicking Flexfit Hats - hats made with moisture wicking fabric for hot days.
Our SIZED hats are 6-panel hats that are offered in specific hats sizes such as size 7 3/4 and size 8. Unlike adjustable hats, there is no opening or adjustment strap in the back. As with our other hats, SIZED hats do have a cotton sweatband on the inside for extra comfort.
Weathered Hats are unstructured hats that are constructed using a washed fabric that has been aged giving the hat a vintage sort of look. No doubt a very in-demand and great looking hat. This style has become increasingly popular with all ages and can be worn during most anytime during the year.
A mesh hat is a 6-panel hat with two front cotton panels and mesh panels on the side and back allowing air to flow through to keep the owner cool on hot days. The front two cotton panels include nylon support material on the inside front to hold the shape of the hat and the back 4 panels are nylon mesh. Certain types of mesh hats are sometimes referred to as "trucker hats." Our mesh hat include a cotton sweatband on the inside and a plastic tabbed adjustment strap in the back to ensure a comfortable fit.
A coolnit hat is a 6-panel unstructured hat made from a soft mesh material that lets the breeze in, but not much sun. Great for the hot or warm weather where you want to keep especially cool, yet want some sun protection. Since it's unstructured, it has no support material on the inside front of the hat. It includes a cotton sweatband on the inside and an adjustment strap in the back to ensure a comfortable fit. We offer two types of Coolnit hats: 1) Partial Coolnit - Front two panels made of 100% cotton and back four panels made of coolnit material. 2) All Coolnit - All panels are made of coolnit materials.
Our water repellent hats are made of a special lightweight fabric that does a great job of keeping water off your head. Great for areas near water, rainy weather, or just as an ultra lightweight hat. It includes a cotton sweatband on the inside and an adjustment strap in the back to ensure a comfortable fit. They are unstructured hats and have no support material on the inside front of the hat.
A wool hat is a 6-panel hat that, except for the cotton sweatband, is made of medium weight wool. It includes a cotton sweatband on the inside and an adjustment strap in the back to ensure a comfortable fit. We offer two types of wool hats: 1] Standard Wool - As can be seen, most of our hats are standard wool hats. Includes nylon support material on the inside front of the hat to hold the shape of the hat. 2] Unstructured Wool - Unstructured hats tend to have a lower looking visual profile than standard (structured) hats, but are as deep in the crown as standard hats. They do not include nylon support material on the inside front of the hat, so they will flop down a bit if set on a flat surface. An example of an unstructured wool hat is our Camel colored wool hat.
