I had to look for a while to find a company that sold a large sized hat in hunter orange. Most hunter apparel companies only go up to about 7 3/4, making them either too tight or prone to blowing away in the wind for me. My head is about 7 7/8 (25 inch circumference) and the hat fits great with the velcro fully set. It comfortably covers down to my ears. Plenty of room for even bigger heads than mine.
