I have a big ass head!!!!
My head is 24'' in circumference. I walked into Tops to buy a cap. The sales person looked at me and said!!! "We have nothing that will fit you." Thank you BIG HAT store for providing hats that fit. Some hats I had to return two!!!!

Great sun hat for big heads!
I bought a 3XL for my dad who has a 25 inch head circumference and it runs a little big but not too much. With the included foam insert it fits great!

Still my favorite hats
The made in USA coolnit / partial coolnit hats are still my favorite (I must have had at least 20 over the years). 3XL fits my 8 to 8 1/4" head well. They have made some changes to them over the years, some things good, some not so good. But overall, no complaints. They fit well, breath fantastically, and hold up to working outside and multiple washes. A+

I will only buy caps from Big Hat Store. Have been doing so for 10-11 years. The construction and materials are high quality. Maybe a little pricey but no one can match the end results. Hope to buy another 10-11 years. Jim

Nice hat, good quality stitching and structured dad hat. I ended up returning as the hat was too big and blocky for my head, and usually I am about a 7 3/4 to 8 these days. It just wasn’t what I was looking for, could have been me ordering too large. Still giving this product a 5 star review as just because it didn’t work for me, it might work for you, and the BHS does good work. Will find something else to order from them in the future.

Finally a hat that is not tight on my head
