The item ordered was a 3x hat. The hat I received fits my two year old.son. It is in no way what I ordered.

We are disappointed that the hat did not fit as you hoped. The Knit hats we carry are 13" long. This is substantially longer than standard sized hats and works well most of our customers. Sorry it did not work for you. Please let us know if you want to return the hat for a refund or exchange it for another hat. Perhaps our Black Comfort Fleece hat would work better for you.

FINALLY! A hat that fits! A person actually calls back!

High quality, warm, and it fits. My head has never adapted to "regular" hats. I always felt like hats were a tourniquet around my head, but not any more.
Customer service was tremendous in fixing a Xmas season delivery glitch.
