We started Big Hat Store in 1998 because our founder faced the same problem you have: he couldn't find hats for big heads anywhere. Not at department stores. Not at hat shops. Not online. Just rack after rack of medium and large, stopping well short of the sizes that people with genuinely large heads actually need.
So he built the store he wished existed.
Getting started wasn't easy. When we approached manufacturers about producing hats for big heads in sizes 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL, nearly every one turned us away. They didn't believe there was a market for oversized hats. Only one manufacturer in the entire country was willing to take the chance with us.

Twenty-seven years and 36,000+ happy customers later, we think we've made our point.
