Not happy with Velcro strap back, unlike previous orders I’ve enjoyed from BigHatStore.

Hi John - We are sorry to hear you do not like the velcro strap on the Dallas Cowboys Hat. Some people like them, other like you, do not. In this case we did not have any choice. This was the only style the manufacturer would produce in this extra large size. These are the challenges in trying to source big hats.

Hat is not blue, but fits great

The 3XL hat that I received is not blue in color like in the photo...it is 100% in the same style. That's actually fine for me, although I would have preferred blue. More importantly, it fits well which is usually an issue with hats this size.
