Excellent Customer Service!

I placed an order and within perhaps 10 minutes received an email with a discount code. I chalked it up to bad timing but was shocked when I received a personalized email stating that it appeared that I had just missed the email by minutes, so a refund for the discount amount was being processed back to my credit card - that just doesn't happen in the world we live in!
